CACI consultants supported us in a pleasant and professional manner when implementing OSIRIS. During the set-up, they actively contributed ideas so our specific properties could be incorporated into the standard. For example, we really appreciated the speed with which consultants responded to important questions and problems, also at unexpected times.
I had quite a few preferences/requirements because we already had a good administration system, even though it was spread over different systems. The only thing that didn't work as it should was the portfolio feature (via the hand-in folder) in Blackboard. I was curious about how Osiris Case could help us. But I now have nothing but praise. I can now find everything via a single system and even connect to the results in Osiris. Not only can I find everything via one system; I can also work with just one system. I check whether files (homework) have been delivered almost every day. So I am always completely up-to-date with my work and can respond quickly (give feedback) to students. The option of typing messages to accompany tasks is very handy. I actually have everything I need.
